Amy Walker & Terriann Harrison have a combined total of 29 years’ experience within the care sector. With recent years spent in the Home Care Industry. Although this gained the duo a wealth of experience, they often felt bound by targets and red tape and did not always feel they were able to deliver the standard of care they were passionate about delivering. This is when they started working towards launching their own person centred care company, thus giving them the opportunity to deliver the highest possible standards that they feel every individual deserves.
“Having personally experienced a decline in a loved one’s health, we realised how intrusive it often felt having a Home Care Assistant support with care needs. Especially when different Home Care Assistants would come almost daily. Our loved one expressed the frustration at having to explain what to do and how to do it repeatedly. We are dedicated to ensuring, your staff team is kept small and personal. It is mandatory all staff read and sign off on each service user care plan so even when they first visit they know what to do but most importantly how you like it done. We will consult with you when introducing anyone new into your team, to ensure you are happy and comfortable with him or her.”

We ask services users and those closest to them to sit down with us and be involved in tailoring their person centred care plan unique to their own needs and desires.
